At See Well Direct, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your eyewear purchase. Whether you ordered prescription glasses, stylish frames, or sunglasses, we’re here to help if you need to return or exchange an item. Have questions? Reach out to us anytime at hello@seewelldirect.com.


Our 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If your eyewear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work to make it right.

  • Returns: Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Swap for a different frame, lens option, or style—subject to availability.


Return Eligibility

To qualify, returned items must:

  • Be requested within 14 days of receipt

  • Be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage

  • Include all original packaging (case, cloth, accessories)

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or engraved products

  • Gift cards (physical or digital)

  • Used or opened specialty lenses (e.g., anti-glare, blue light blocking)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@seewelldirect.com with your order number and request.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label for U.S. returns.

  3. Pack and ship the item using original packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: If your exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund the balance.


Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., card, PayPal, Apple Pay) once the return is approved. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.


Received the Wrong or Defective Item?

We’ll fix it at no cost to you.

  • Wrong item or prescription? We’ll ship the correct one and cover the return.

  • Defective product? We’ll replace or refund it.

Return Shipping

  • U.S. returns: Free prepaid return label provided.

  • International returns: Customer is responsible, unless we made a mistake.

  • Our error? We cover return shipping globally.


Warranty

See Well Direct products are protected against manufacturing defects (e.g., lens coating issues, loose hinges). To start a warranty claim, email hello@seewelldirect.com.
